Vancouver Session 3 - IDEATING, BRAINSTORMING AND DIVERGENT THINKING - What Do We Want To Create?

March 8, 2019:

Session 3 was a super fun creative session and took place at EatArt Studios – a very cool and fitting space on the Emily Carr Campus! After debriefing on the previous session and discussing how everyone felt about the current reality, Robert set the tone by going over the rules and parameters of creation.

This led directly into the ideation phase where we jotted down hundreds of ideas on post-it notes! We merged and organized them, and then narrowed it down to 6 different concepts.

After lunch, participants voted on the best concepts and picked their first and second favourite concepts. Project groups/teams were formed and then they worked on their pitch (answering what is it and why), which they presented at the end of the session.

Each team received input from the group, just before a generous beer sample from Stanley Park Brewing. Great way to end the day and keep the creativity going!
