Session 3 began with the cohort going over what they've learned from their own research as well as from the content mentors from session 2. From there, they began brainstorming the who's, what's, where's, when's and how's of water in Hamilton. Collaboratively the group put out more than 300 potential solutions and connections that could make an impact for the future of Hamilton's water resiliency. Through the process of elimination, each participant was able to decide what solutions they believed in the most. Continually, project ideas were honed down to four big ideas where each participant chose their top choice, assembling into their groups so they can further explore their solutions.
